Or not just this thread but important faction threads- like Turning the Tide. That is an important ooc thread which speaks of our direction as a faction and yet only a handful of the staff have replied. And those staff who did reply to Turning the Tide are definitely not the ones in question- to sort of make you guys relax a bit. I did an archaeology field trip before... I was exploring the ruins shown in Ep I where the gungans meet with Padme. It was fun, good idea.

I know some people don't like it when I say this but when there was a community chat at TJB we didn't have that problem, everyone knew everyone and the whole board rped together, we had over thirty active members, over 700 daily posts at one point and the sense of community pride was immense. If you ever rped with the Brotherhood members at the time you would have seen this, if someone attacked one of our worlds at least twenty members would have jumped in by the time I got up in the morning. I think though this is a bit off topic, perhaps another thread for it is in order.

With all honesty though I don't think I am. I haven't really done anything new in the training grounds and I don't take part in enough rp's that are "out of my nitch" of usual rpers. Don't get me wrong I love being on staff and really want to do a good job. I just don't feel like I've done enough One thing I was thinking of doing was making some threads where the padawans could get to know each other like Mak said. Not just missions but maybe just a thread where the padawns can just goof off and get to know each other. All new ideas aside though I think I really need to kick it up a notch. If we are getting rid of staff members then my current status would put me on that list winces and looks around to see if anyone is going to throw her out It's just hard to do new things with the training grounds in my defense. Overall I think the staff is doing great. It's hard to do a lot because we do have such a well behaved group. (which is good) We should put more effort into coming up with new threads and ideas.

What I'll say is that it happens all the time, it happens to me, it happens to everyone, you've just got to keep trying for that one time where it works and you get a bunch of people and a storyline that work really well. So good luck to anyone who is brave enough to try and don't be discouraged if it doesn't work.

However, I do care. I'm just personally having a hard time getting back into the groove of things, that's my personal problem - but I just want to apologize. I've never been the sort to be irresponsible and I'm trying to give it my best shot.

However, I will pick just one. I think Hawk is right when he says it is easy to get discouraged. I know after trying my last general TJC RP I became discouraged by the lack of response.

Anyway, if anyone here has a problem with me, there's no point in beating around the bush so just come out and tell me. I usually don't mean to do anything that would have a negative impact on the faction, but sometimes I don't realize that I am infact doing it. So it'd probably be a bit helpful if people went ahead and told me, lol. Work lately has been rather hard on me and it's affected my internet life, which I'm sure has shown up here. But yeah, we can't fix what is wrong if we don't know that it's broken, so if you see something that you think needs fixing, it's probably better to tell us then to just hope we get the hint. I know it works that way for me.
